I’m often described as a passionate, empowering, and insightful woman, and I consider it my mission to help women express their true authentic self. Not only their business, but in day to day life as well. You have a power within you and I take great pride in my ability to help you shine and share your message with the rest of the world!

My Journey into this Work:

My personal story is one that centers around fighting for freedom in relationships, which has included family, friends, and romance. I value having freedom, being honest and transparent about feelings, and expressing without hesitation (which is why I love this work I do).

After many years of depression, disappointment, blaming others, guilty feelings, rejection, and betrayal—I was guided on a path to self-discovery and an inner peace journey. Using the tools of self-awareness and self-love, as well as through setting clear boundaries, I was introduced to the concept of connecting to my inner wisdom and guidance through mindfulness, meditation and other practices such as somatic experiencing, breath-work, energy-healing, EFT, and body awareness.

Over the years, I earned a diploma in Digital Media Arts and Digital Marketing, and also earned my Business and Life Coaching certificates from Mindvalley as well as Embodiment coaching certification from Coaching Evolved. My education not only taught me how to help myself, but how to help others as well!
